RUN!!!! Far away from this business, especially if you are a single woman. They will try to take advantage of you. My friend had something go wrong with her hot water heater. Her insurance told her to call Taft. She did and Taft told her it would be a certain amount. Once Taft found out that the insurance would be paying that, they more than doubled what they had told her without evening looking at the water heater. We recently had them fix our Ac and install a new toilet. These guys are prompt, and their work is too notch!!! Thank you guys and will always recommend them.
Came to the shop Monday and got scheduled for a visit Wednesday. Waited all day, no one showed up. Called in Thursday and got scheduled for Friday at 8am. Waited, no one came nor called. Called the shop and was told some one came at 8:00 and no one answer the door, LIED cause I was at home getting the kids ready for school. Asked them they supposed to call before arrival, they said they called 3 times, LIED again cause no missed calls show on my call history. Poor communication skills, lack of responsibility, I had service done in my house and they left my heat broken and the top of my heating mother board open, this was before Christmas of year 2022 it is now February 4 2023
