I’ve used their services for years I’ve never been disappointed. Customer service is always friendly. They answer the phone promptly and if they weren’t able to, they call you back in a timely manner. They always make sure that you get the policy that you need at a price that they can find cheapest I recommend them highly

Bonnie helped us get a policy on a car that we drive in the summers. About one month later, Progressive cancelled it. We asked Bonnie to help. It took six weeks of mostly silence with a few random updates before she finally said she didn't know what was wrong. She recommended that we find someone else to help us.
