terrible customer service If you are going to do business with them, make sure you tell them to get authorization for any charges first and get it in writing! I was expecting them to call me with an estimate first before doing anything, but they didn't. Here's a scenario: you bring in a mower to get the self propelled transmission fixed, your blade is coming off when starting, you want the oil changed, and a new air filter. Poor customer relations I have used Taft in the past for service but never again. I called for availability on a snowblower part and while trying to explain myself was rudely cutoff without being able to finish my explanation. It took the stress challenged guy on the phone longer to tell me how busy they were and that he didn't have time to look up any numbers than if he just let me finish my sentence to tell him what I found. lawnmower sales/service i have taken my lawnmower to taft for the last 20 years. they pickup for a small charge and perform tuneups and engine repairs to many types of mowers. they are reasonable with price and the counter service is very good.

Rude Customer Service I agree with the first writer/ review - I just called and was trying to explain a 12 second detail (if the gentleman who had answered the phone would have let me explain) what was going on with my lawnmower and he rudely interrupted me mid-sentence stating, "I'm very busy lady but we are open till five so if you can get it in here just bring it in!" and promptly hung up in my face. Enough said, I will not be going there - ever.

Poor customer service no communication with customers been over 2 1/2 weeks to diag a power washer i called 2 times and both time i was told we are going to look at it tomorrow.well its be 3 days since i called and not a word from them
