BEWARE!!!I would not recommend these apartments to most. Unprofessional and unkept at times. I BARELY write reviews about places. I just had to write one about this place to warn others.I did not have any sufficient or circulating air conditioning for 3 months in high 90-to-100 degree weather. May 9th to July 9th+. ?? The Taft Haus Apartments were a great transition from college life to the real world. They understood that recent graduates need guidance to know things like to fill out maintenance requests and such, and guided them in the right direction.The new manager, ******, is doing a great job and is working hard to maintain a high level of service to the residents there. She promptly addressed issues that arose in our last couple of months and rectified the situation in a timely manner.Thank you!!!

RecommendedI have leased with Taft Haus with at least 3 contacts, and I must say for the price you pay compared to other apartments, it’s is really great to be live. Now I’m not going to say that the apartment is 5 out of 5 perfect in every way, because it’s not, but what I will say is that Taft Haus is always willing to listen and commit as best to there ability as they can when it comes to there clients all the way to any sort of appliance/maintenance needs. 😊 They have always been super helpful and always good to talk to. 🙂

Highly recommend. Friendly and courteous property staff. If I’ve ever had a problem it was resolved quickly and professionally. Really enjoyed the pool renovations this past summer. Nice, clean and well lit new laundry rooms. Wonderful children’s play ground. I don’t blame on going anywhere I love living here!!!!
Maintenance in all areas, especially water leaks, fire protection, etc.
Neglectful management My water heater has been broken for over a month and it doesn't seem like it will be fixed any time soon. Every time I ask, management says they're working on it and will have it fixed, but they've been saying that for a while. The apartment would be decent if everything worked correctly, but if something important breaks, expect to fix it yourself or take cold showers.
Water coming from my ceiling and bubbling up in multiple spots. Used up all my towels and have a bucket under the biggest bubble. Been 24 hours now since I first called emergency maintenance line and no one has shown up yet. Was told this morning by the leading person that someone would be over after 12, nope that was a lie. Since 430, I've called the emergency maintenance line three times. After he answered the first time, he has since stopped answering the phone and still no one has even looked at my apartment.
