Food was tasty.. we had one beef and one chicken chimichanga .. although the service was a bit scattered when we first arrived because they were busy but they made up that. The bartender had never made a long island ice tea she got pretty darn close.im glad she took time to figure out how to make it, although a little too much sweet n sour the drink was huge so it was like a double. . A must try mexican food – I frequent Tafolinos weekly and it is some of the best green chilie I have found in a restaurant. The staff is very professional and will have you in and out quickly if you like or you can kick back and have another margarita. I have taken several friends and family to Tafolinos and they have also become regulars. I also have tried almost everything on the menu, but still like my smothered burritos!
bad experience when we went, the chile con queso tasted like it was out of an industrial size can like you'd get at a big warehouse grocer. it was not heated enough either. Also not impressed with the food overall---just very average....have had many other meals at many other mex places that will blow this place outta the water....not authentic at all. we wont be going back. it was also rather dirty and chaotic which indicates some deficiencies in the managment there....
Tafolino's is GREAT I'm not sure the person who gave this place a 1 star actually ate at Tafolino's. This place is legit and has some of the best green chili in the area. Consistent food of great quality. While its not a elegant restaurant (its a hole in the wall), but its been here for a very long time so OBVIOUSLY it is good or it would be here.

The prices are good, they always seem to be busy. If you want you can order it to go. I always thought that you had to order it from the one across the street. Best Mexican Restaraunt without a doubt! – My family has been going to Taf's for years now. This is the only Mexican restaraunt in the Denver metro area that we have come to enjoy. We have tried several other restaraunts but just can't stop coming back to Taf's. I can't tell you any item on the menu that isn't wonderful. And the atmosphere is so family oriented and you're so attended to when you're dining.
Poor Service. Not Attentive- Slow on refills, getting something you may ask for. Music- more like a 50's Diner. Food- poor. Soggy beef. Bland.
Neighborhood Mexican Food – I have been going to Tafolino's for several years. They have a great menu and also my favorite chicharones. This location is fairly busy, but is worth the wait for not only the food but the staff. We always enjoy the couple serving.
