Just purchased a pre-owned. On Saturday...and on Sunday we discovered it has issues. Because we did the test drive in the rain, we could not get it up to speed quickly...and that is where the problem is. Chances are it transmission issues. We could not afford to tac on warrentry (I mean seriously...after the fees...like the dealer prep fee, that was about the same amount as the USAA discount, how convenient). so, here we are...with a car that may have bigger issues. Bad management. They hire young men. They yell, talk down and treat staff horrible with little pay. During a visit to see a family member overheard the floor staff being talked to like I’ve never heard an employer talk to a staff member before. Very disappointed with how this place is ran. Especially with such a high end place. The older men look as if they have been bullied all during high school years and get back at others by treating your children horribly.
