Recently purchased a PRL intercooler and charge pipes for my FL5 from Taegeuk Autowerkz. One of the best customer experiences I have experienced in my life. They are very responsive and communication is top notch throughout the entire process from when order is placed to a follow up after order is delivered. 100% recommend doing business with Taegeuk and I will continue to bring my business to them in the future!
Great company and excellent customer service. We found this company after searching for some discontinued parts and being told by everyone else that the part was not available. Taegeuk Autowerkz came through and found the needle in the haystack for us and saved the day. We will continue to utilize Taegeuk Autowerkz as much as possible for all our AM part needs.
This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. Phillip was absolutely demeaning to me & he made it seem that he did not want to work with me because I was black. He also made a comment "You probably cant afford the work that I do. Please beware of him, this is not world class customer service.
Phil has always taken care of me and fellow friends of the car scene. When it comes to parts and what's on the hot list he knows how to get it for you.
