Dr. Zakaria Tadrous is the best ophthalmologist I’ve ever dealt with. His experience and mannerisms are excellent. He’s one of the best ophthalmologists in Canada for sure.
Very disappointed we drove all the way from Surrey in heavy traffic the receptionist with very rude way said her appointment is not until October we show them the card that had the appointment on both receptionist said no we canceled the appointment we asked who did you talk to if we are here for the appointment again in very rude manner very unprofessional replied we did so we canceled our October appointment not wanting to deal with such rude people
Unless you have cataracts and zero other eye issues, I can't recommend this business. I was referred to Tadrous by my optometrist hoping to correct severe double vision. Although Tadros is listed as an ophthalmologist, I don't think he deals with anything except cataract surgery. No matter what questions I asked, they were answered with "I can do cataract surgery". Charged $50 for missing an appointment... A 10 minute test done by a machine. I take full responsibility for missing the appointment but this is just a cash grab. $20 would be appropriate. Fortunately I can get my eyes tested anywhere so me and my family will look elsewhere.
Very nice clean place and Dr.Tadrrous and staff are very helpful! Acceptable waiting times. I highly recommend this place for taking care of your eyes...
