BEWARE. I inherited this pool service from a home that I bought from a new construction builder but cancelled very shortly afterwards due to lack of service and horrible communication. I’ve owned homes with pools my whole life so not new to pool life. Clearly, my pool was not their priority and yours probably won’t be either. Asked for a quote to repair our pool heater. The quote they gave me was $6000 to replace because they told me it was not available anymore and could not get parts any longer. This was a lie as my pool heater (Less than five years old) was still available and all the parts to it. It ended up being a $12 repair because mice had eaten the copper wires inside. Buyer beware!!
Tadpole pools has been taking care of my pool for about 4 -5 years now. They do a wonderful job of maintaining everything. Their prices are fair. Their communication with their customers needs improvement otherwise it would have been 5 stars. But when the time comes that you need answers they came through for me.
