Asked for a quote to repair our pool heater. The quote they gave me was $6000 to replace because they told me it was not available anymore and could not get parts any longer. This was a lie as my pool heater (Less than five years old) was still available and all the parts to it. It ended up being a $12 repair because mice had eaten the copper wires inside. Buyer beware!!
Tadpole pools has been taking care of my pool for about 4 -5 years now. They do a wonderful job of maintaining everything. Their prices are fair. Their communication with their customers needs improvement otherwise it would have been 5 stars. But when the time comes that you need answers they came through for me.
I've had nothing but great experience with Tadpole for years. They proactively winterize our equipment before hard freezes and have been hugely responsive even off-hours when we've had any issues. Prices for their services are also fair and competitive for the area.
Won't the impending doom. I went to look at how to insulate my pool equipment. Tadpole proactively did it for me. They went as far as to put a cover on my faucet used For autofill. Good guys responsive to questions.
