Tadpole pools has been taking care of my pool for about 4 -5 years now. They do a wonderful job of maintaining everything. Their prices are fair. Their communication with their customers needs improvement otherwise it would have been 5 stars. But when the time comes that you need answers they came through for me.

I've had nothing but great experience with Tadpole for years. They proactively winterize our equipment before hard freezes and have been hugely responsive even off-hours when we've had any issues. Prices for their services are also fair and competitive for the area.

Won't the impending doom. I went to look at how to insulate my pool equipment. Tadpole proactively did it for me. They went as far as to put a cover on my faucet used For autofill. Good guys responsive to questions.

This is what you get when you rely on Tadpole pools to take care of your swimming pool. We bought a house recently and Tadpole was the pool company that had been taking care of the pool, so we thought we'd give them a try. Unfortunately, they've been extremely unreliable and their support has been non-existent. We've not seen our pool tech in two weeks and this is the result.
