Good character/charm/history, good management, good size, good price, good location... I enjoy living here... peaceful (for the most part), the utilities are NOT overpriced (though the uncovered parking spot outside is a bit pricey, and the price increased after only one year), animals are allowed (with a small monthly pet rent), and the landscaping is always nice. I think this building is pretty affordable and you get a lot of space with it. Having lived in different cities like Chicago, LA and Portland, I've dealt with a lot of horrible management companies. Any issues my roommate and I had were taken care of quickly by management. The management and maintenance staff are friendly and get the job done fast.
