Tadlock used to be family owed and now they are owed by a conglomerate. Their customer service shows. It was discovered after a recent roof inspection that there is excessive installation damages & Tadlock’s installers used the wrong paint (accessory paint) for touch-ups which is now chalking & fading. I brought this concern and warranty issue up with Tadlock’s VP of Sales (Jason Bellflower) and he admitted to me and acknowledged this was their mistake.
