I was quoted $130-$140 over the phone for a service for my truck, which I purchased at your dealership. When I was told my bill was $182, I asked if they had to replace parts or something extra, they replied they had to change a $13 part for the oil pan. I asked is there was a reason it was so much more than the quote I was given. The service tech asked how much the quote was for. I told him. We purchased our 2023 Chevy Silverado brand new off the lot at Tadd Jenkins Chevrolet in Rigby, February 2023. The truck is still currently under warranty. Despite that, it has been sitting at the dealership since early October 3rd with a failed transmission.
