First cleaning was great, recommended them to friends. However, they cancelled last minute two days in a row for the next cleaning. Rescheduled and they didn’t show up. I reached out to the office who said the girl was running late but would be there soon, but never showed. Really disappointed in the inconsistency and lack of communication.
Scheduling the cleaning service was easy and any questions I had were answered quickly. Our cleaner arrived on time and had great attention to detail. The price was a little high so I won’t use them as often as I would like.
The young lady that was here was very professional and did her work very well. I’m very pleased. I would recommend them to anybody.
Unfortunately, I even had to put 1 star. They don’t even deserve THAT. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! THEY ABUSE THEIR EMPLOYEES AND VERBALLY THREATEN THEIR EMPLOYEES. THIS IS ALLLLLLLLLL RECORDED!!!!! DO. NOT. USE. THEM. THEY LOST ALLLLLLL OF THEIR AIR BNB CUSTOMERS!! Please review the rest :)
