4/24/26 update- Instead of paying for the broken items, they have decided to refund the item protection plan instead and have the audacity to ask me to sign a release of liability. Do not use this service. Use Soto moving or two men and a truck. They offered $1000 which is NOT the total valuation. When I told them I'll take $1000 just to be done, but the review stays up. They refused. Easier to just take them to claims court. You can't just refund item protection when you dont want to pay for the items. How disgusting. Updat... read more
