Absolutely terrible. Tried to get a replacement key ( because they make you use their lock) since my key was wore out. They replaced with the wrong key, twice. After months of trying to sort this matter out, they now will not return my calls, so that I can switch to another storage company. Possibly going to have to get lawyers involved. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst service I've ever seen.
