This was a 5 Start experience! I completed my custom fit 6 months ago and since then no foot, knee, hip, back, neck or arm pain. I've been able to train hard every day without any of the aches and pains usually associated with that kind of punishment. I was asked what were the 3 most important things to have before riding - it has to be a Tad Hughes Custom Fit, good shoes and good shorts! Thank you - awesome experience.

For the past few weeks, I'd ride 40 miles on Saturday, and by Saturday evening, I was unable to walk up and down steps due to severe knee pain. The pain would last for days. I saw an orthopedic specialist who told me to take a few weeks off, which I did. The pain instantly returned after the break. I saw Tad for a fit at the recommendation of another cyclist. I was fit 2 days ago by Tad and I just went on a 62 mile ride. My legs felt amazing the entire time and I kept a speed I can normally only keep for 20 miles. I am getting more power without the leg fatigue I am accustomed to. Tad Hughes, you might be a wizard.
Tad knows bike fit. The process is easy and he answers all questions, even for those newer to the sport of cycling and triathlons. Tad found the right fit for comfort and efficiency. Highly recommend!
