From the time I walked in until I left was a super experience. Dr. Priutt went into a very detail of what he saw on the x-ray and what the physical examination revealed, what he recommended and how the replacement joint would work. I was very surprised and pleased with his knowledge and personality.
They called to check on me every week after Surgery. Al the nurses, front desk everyone so NICE. EVEN GIRL THAT DID EX-RAYS SO SWEET.
Dr. Pruitt may be skilled, but the lack of respect for patients’ time is unacceptable. My 3:30 appointment didn’t start until after 5—over 1.5 hours late—with zero updates, apology, or explanation. That’s not just inconvenient, it’s unprofessional. If I were late, even for a legitimate reason, I’d likely be scolded, billed, rescheduled, or even dropped as a patient. I love this clinic everyone is super friendly the Dr is very knowledgable 2 days after treatment my hip was so much better i could sleep finally would suggest going if you need this kind of Dr very sweet folks.
The Drs were very good, the nursing staff was very arrogant and inconsiderate towards the patients!!
