I ordered the "LEATHER TOURNIQUET CASE" which according to their website comes in two options, basketweave and plain leather. Pictures on the site show these as the two options. I choose and ordered the plain leather and when it arrived I see they sent a high gloss version. This will not match my duty belt at all, I paid $51.19 to get something nicer than the plastic ones most places sell. Looks like I'll have to spend more money buying the correct pouch from another seller. I will not be buying from here again as I now know... read more

Excellent customer service. I called and talked to a real person who was very helpful. I got exactly what I wanted without hassle. Quality products.

Extremely disappointed in the "customer service" I received today. After identifying that my order has not shipped after 6 days and requesting a status update, I received a generic and thoughtless response back (two days later) not answering/addressing my concern. The lack of empathy, care, and time has really pushed me on my heels after being a longtime customer and advocate for the Tac Med team. Again, very disappointed.
