I recieved my tactical cap from Gear Junkie yesterday. Exceptional quality, perfect fit and right on time. The stitching on my name plate was extremely well done. I wish there were more businesses with this level of commitment.
I ordered a New England flag patch in camo colors. I received bright red patches that looked nothing like the color I ordered. I told them again I wanted drab camo colors. Three months after started this, they sent me a darker shade of "here I am!" red. I told the again this isn't what I asked for. Then they wanted me to pay them again to send me the camo patches I ordered in the first place. It was a huge waste of time and money for a useless product. They suck, and I'm not doing business with them again.

I had a bad experience with a previous company. I needed new name patches as soon as possible. I emailed customer service about this and they immediately helped me out and shipped my items. I can’t thank them enough!

Cant brag enough about the patches we ordered! My boyfriend needed some flak patches for his USMC belongings and they got here looking great and in plenty of time to make them a Christmas gift!
