My son really got a lot out of these work out sessions. He came home every day with new goals for himself both in and out of the facility. He is much more motivated than he has ever been. His instructor even gave him exercises he could be doing daily at home to improve his strength. He gets excited about setting a new PR when he goes in. No injuries or group dynamics issues. Very nice facility! Clean and has great coaches, that pushes you to the limits and explain you every step of the way. Perfect for working out.
