I usually go to this place as I do work at the other location as food service supervisor, however, I got to know this location charges $.70 for onions $.70 peppers and ordered 3 items and asked for 3 RHS but they charged for that too. Very unpleasant experience as I already know how things/charges work for tacotime. 3-4 people working not a single one was welcoming or having smiles on their faces. Don’t think worth going back. It’s not about MONEY, it’s how you provide the great service.
Came in there, got treated rude. I was being patient and polite while I was there but seems like nothing really helped. Second food served was not up to expectation and cold fries. Have to pay 1 dollar just to re-fill , where you can get a new drink adding a dollar more. I HAVE BEEN TO OTHER LOCATIONS THEY DONOT USUALLY CHARGE FOR REFILL. Also please do better
The ladies here have provided good customer service and products each and everytime so because of this, I stop by here and there to support their business
Rude lady didn’t honour this which say any Calgary location which I’m sure she was just being lazy. Didn’t even try just acted like she read it. My friend went to the same game and got the same thing and came to this location and they did take it.
