Is labed as open when I drove down at 9:30 if you don't open till 10 you should be advertised as opening at 10 and not 9
Terrible service and attitude of staff never buy again from TacoTime
It's a mall vendor so you'll have to forgive the score on the atmosphere. But the staff are amazing and the food is perfect
I usually go to this place as I do work at the other location as food service supervisor, however, I got to know this location charges $.70 for onions $.70 peppers and ordered 3 items and asked for 3 RHS but they charged for that too. Very unpleasant experience as I already know how things/charges work for tacotime. 3-4 people working not a single one was welcoming or having smiles on their faces. Don’t think worth going back. It’s not about MONEY, it’s how you provide the great service.
Came in there, got treated rude. I was being patient and polite while I was there but seems like nothing really helped. Second food served was not up to expectation and cold fries. Have to pay 1 dollar just to re-fill , where you can get a new drink adding a dollar more. I HAVE BEEN TO OTHER LOCATIONS THEY DONOT USUALLY CHARGE FOR REFILL. Also please do better
