Our group made a delivery order on 16 Aug 2025. Our order was over 75% wrong, mislabeled and missing items. Beef burrito no tomatoes ended up being a chicken burrito with tomatoes and labeled a beef burrito no tomatoes. Cheesy Crisp beef burrito ordered, ended up with a standard crisp burrito. Ordered another beef burrito, missing tomato not labeled. Order 2 pop and only got one. Talked to skip, skip was useless and wanted a photo 20min after the complaint was made. Negative 100 points to the store for getting nothing right.... read more
Ordered via skip. Most of our $80 order was wrong. Missing a drink, mislabeled and incorrect items. Skip driver refused any type of responsibility. Skip itself was absolutely useless in rectifying anything other than the missing drink. We apparently need photos of the wrong items that we ate but they were too slow to respond to us so no photos - we were hungry… perhaps this is why we ordered food? Disappointed all around.
Placed an order for delivery on Saturday, August 16th, and when we received the order, almost the entire order was wrong. This started off with a missing drink, when I tried to inform the delivery driver, he could not have less interest in helping us out.
