Terrible I got screamed at and took way to long to order Never again.
The employee JAZZ needs a raise and a career opportunity to move up with you guys , the customer service is received tonight was out of this world . Has opened my eyes about your location she is thriving and im so pleased to deal with her . You got a keeper , treat her right.
Really disappointed in this place, the last couple times I have come here on my lunch break I feel like it’s inconvenient for them to take my order or to even approach the front counter. Today I waited with no one in line and not a single person greeted me. After a couple minutes more of waiting I decided to leave. As an employee that only gets a half hour lunch break it was beyond disappointing to not even be able to place an order
I love the food at Taco Time.. No matter which restaurant I go to, I have never found tastier foods or kinder servers than at the Taco Time in the Medicine Hat Mall.. Everyone is kind, courteous and goes way above and beyond in their service to myself.. I absolutely recommend this location to everyone I know and to anyone who asks my preference..You’ll thank me for giving the food and service a go. 🤗🫶
