Debit machine wasn't working, employee did absolutely nothing to try to figure out why or help at all. Only thing she said was do you have cash instead? Line up of 10 people behind me, no clue how she dealt with them.
Been to many restaurants and shops this week at least this place gave good service. It was clean and the food was good thank God.
I have given this location a few chances now and I won’t be giving them anymore. The food is ALWAYS cold which is interesting because they always seem to BURN the tortilla when they press it in their grill. Why are we doing this? No other taco time seems to panini press my burritos.Each time I order a burrito combo and each time it is a stone cold, barely thrown together mess that I end up having to throw more than half of away. Ordered food through skip, supervisor admitted they made a mistake and will not send food out. They said there is nothing they can do.
Every time I come to this Taco Time, I’m greeted with the warmest smile from one of the employees—a lovely Filipino lady whose kindness and helpful attitude always stand out. She goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels welcome and taken care of. Whether it's customizing an order or just offering a friendly word, she brings a positive energy that makes the whole place feel better. It’s rare to find service this genuine these days. Huge shoutout to her—she’s a big reason I keep coming back!
