Me and a friend just came in today (May 29, 2026) and he is diabetic and the staff were helping him to find something he can eat. Good job.
We used to enjoy Taco Time at one time but never again after the last 2 experiences. My Husband did the drive through last night for supper. Ordered 4 hard tacos, 1 meat burrito & 1 mexi fries. He didn’t think to check the bag before driving away. He gets home and I open the bag and inside is 2 meat & 2 plain nachos, not hard tacos, a burrito & the mexi fries. 42 freaking dollars! My experience was extremely good the customer service is amazing especially smith Mackay he was greeting me and was so polite I was very impressed, food was fantastic loved it would totally recommend
