Possibly the worst place I’ve ever paid to eat
I had a wonderful experience at Taco times at Willowbrook. I recently visited the TacoTime at Willowbrook Mall and had a really good experience. The restaurant was clean, bright, and the staff were friendly from the moment I walked in. My order was taken quickly, and the food was ready in just a few minutes, which I appreciated.
This is my favourite place to eat tacos, staff is so good , best customer service
The place is so understaffed. There is only 2 people working I think. 1 in kitchen and 1 doing the front like taking orders and making the burrito or taco. It tales forever to place your order and also to get it. Atleast hire 1 more staff to ease pressure on the current ones and to make the process faster. Disappointed
I ordered my food ad the cashier and she asked me if it’s “for here or to go” so I answered to go pls. I already expected my order will be a bit longer because it’s fried burrito meal. Finally I got my order and asked can I have a bag pls because I requested to go. She looked at me in a rude way and said you never asked for that in the first place.
