Extremely rude poor service. Server refuse to give her name and manager's phone number and name. She got my order wrong multiple times and blames me that I didn't give her the right order. She seems super confused made whole thing complicated and her attitude and tone to talk was getting worst and worst. Made me embarrassed in front of food court. Request for refund. I have never in my life wrote a review anywhere but the two girls working july 13th 2024 at 2:30 there lack of communication is absolutely mind blowing I had an issue awhile back with the same two girls who gave away a free water then tried to make me pay 25 cents for a take out bag when they did not ask me if it was to go and giving me an issue after I had already paid but gave away a free water right in front of me. Great little fast food but well-made Mexican foods and you can buy hot sauces, and spices.
Dogs food is better . ground beef is not really meat and without any seasoning
I ordered bean tacos, the worker literally repeated my order back to me, & then I was server BEEF which I would had gotten incredibly sick from if I hadn’t noticed. I contacted corporate & was told the owner would contact me but they never did email me so basically just stole my money & I never got any sort of compensation or apology. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, do NOT come here!
