Poor customer service. Staff were rude and not helpful. Will not be going back.
Not a reflection of this location. Service was good. Restaurant clean and well kept. The corporation though... Taco time used to be one of my favourites. That was until the decision was made to basically ruin the flavour of the old classic burrito... All tortilla and very little contents. One wonders how empty your restaurants have to become before the leaches in the office are given 'golden parachutes' for ruining another chain... Can only coast on a brandname for so long.
It's an average taco time, so you know what food quality to expect. The cashier was friendly. However, this sign stating they will give you a free item in exchange for leaving a 5 star reviews is unacceptable. Earn your stars by providing food and service deserving of them, not by buying them in order to present a level of quality you don't provide.
