I wanted to order 2 crisp beef burritos, one as a combo. Staff insisted that I wanted tacos, I corrected her and said I want crisp beef burritos, and the regular ones, not cheesy. She then charged me for a cheesy crisp beef burrito and a regular crisp beef burrito combo. Staff from the back came out and asked me if I did want one cheesy one, I said no, two regular as I ordered. When they gave me my order I asked for the receipt and showed staff that they charged me for a “cheesy” one. They treated the refund as an inconvenie... read more
