It took an hour to get 3 Shrimp Cocktails. This is a chilled dish where all ingredients should have been prepped and chopped in advance minus the shrimp. Shrimp takes 2-5 minutes to cook and another 2 minutes to chill in an ice bath. There were 5-6 customers that came in and got their food while we were waiting for our cocktails.
