Had plenty of tables and plenty of jalapeños and salsa
I was staying at a nearby Hotel and decided to give them a try. Let me just say the Carne Asada is AMAZING! It is so flavorful! It was so good I called the restaurant just to let them know how good it was. I just wish the sides came in larger portions, the beans are soupy but have a great flavor. Had I known they were small I would have ordered more. I don't know if I will be down this way again but Tacos Gavilan has been added to my list. I would recommend to everyone!
This one of the BEST places to get tacos in California. The meat in the asada tacos is great! Very good portions! That super quesadilla is the fattest, most delicious quesadilla I've ever had. Its stuffed with GUACAMOLE, SOUR CREAM, CHEESE AND MEAT. the carne asada inside of it is so good, thick and tender. The salsa they have is so authentic and tasty.the red salsa is hot the green is mild. And you get to serve yourself a cup of beans and jalapenos free.
