Just went through the drive through and waited for about 10 minutes. Drive thru is normally this slow, but after no response I drove to the window only to find out they were closed. Bummer. Oh people were inside but no cones at the drive thru or response at the box. Just a note on the window.
Waited 15 minutes in the drive through only to find out all the lights were on but closed for maintenance with everyone inside having a great time. No cones, only signage on the drive thru windows. Nothing on the speaker box.
Food is great but the service makes coming here a nightmare. Place definitely needs to speed it up. 20 minute wait while being the only car in the drive-through is unacceptable.
The food is very good, and the workers have very good attitude. Good customer service. I recommend it.
While the food is good the wait time and responsiveness from staff is horrible. I have to constantly say "hello. Hello" at the drive thru to get my ordered taken. The wait times are ridiculously long. And they run out of ingredients often and wait to tell you at the window after you paid to only say they can't refund the order when you decline to take the items after they reveal they ran out of key ingredients.
