Highly recommended place to stay in Manchester, VT.
Loved the concept of this hotel. The decor, atmosphere and amenities are all very nice, and the property itself is beautiful. The rooms are a bit small, but we didn’t mind since we weren’t in them very much. The biggest area for improvement was the service. While almost everyone we encountered was polite, the overall level of service did not quite match the price point or the five-star reputation of the hotel. Over priced for the service. I ordered coffee in the morning to pay 5 dollars a cup plus 5 dollar delivery fee no hot breakfastat all. I also had dinner there by far worst experience took a very long time to get my drink the wine was horrible over 45 mins for food. Hotel was average for the price.
