Cesar makes an incredible spicy margarita. Arguably one of the best in the DMV. A must go.
Get the spicy margarita and if you get it from Cesare you wont regret it

Visited this restaurant on 11/3/25. First let me start by saying the food is very bland, and has not one ounce of flavor. We ordered more tacos in hopes of a better experience. WRONG! The fish tacos were the only decent ones on the menu. The server was over the top and kept insisting we try the beer on the happy hour menu - HORRIBLE. The margarita was terrible as well.
