I have been working with Eric for close to 10 years and I’ve never felt better. I’m stronger and have much better mobility now than I when I was in my 20s and 30s. Eric is fun, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. As a physical therapist I appreciate his emphasis on form and safety as well as his ability to modify exercises for clients with injuries. It’s truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself.

I’ve been coming to Tacoma Wellness Studio since early 2018, and it has kept me moving-literally! Eric Davis is a great trainer and focuses on correct posture while doing the exercises, as well as helping to achieve your goals whether it is strength training, weight loss, competition, or all of those goals combined. Many options for strength (lifting) as well as cardio (stationary bike, treadmill and rower). Usually easy parking. Individual training sessions and group sessions available.
