Poor customer service. Overcharge of 60% than quoted for the inspection. Didn't even send the price quote for repairs to the machine as was included in the inflated price I paid. Nor did they call as I asked when they went to inspect the machine. I do not recommend them & will not use them again.
'Don't go here!! Liars and cheaters! Are fraudulent with warranties. Will give you an oil change that you don't need but tell warranty company they gave your car work. Worst most dishonest people ever. Illegal what they do.
I just looked down the other reviews here wandering why am I in such minority while so many others are so happy. I guess coincidentally so many people carrying names have nothing but amazing things to say about this shop. Could they be their friends running fake reviews to help out? mmm...
Arrive to alpha fleet to buy a set of tires for the front and back- Have them remove the old ones and put on the new ones..Daren the representative shows me three different choices.. they get my info- - I wait forty minutes..see a rep out side looking around..he is looking for a truck to put tires on..there was only my truck in the lot which was not what was on the paper work...so I had to go in and start all over picking out tires..again after 40 minutes.. my son picked me up as my truck was being pulled into the stall..wai... read more
'I guess the life time tire repair depends on the mood of the employees.Bought the tires there and yet had to pay 17$ for a repair.The answer was we need to make money!!Not with me anymore.

'This place is ridiculously over priced. Don't waste your money... Drive away!!! I was charged 330$ for a diagnostic.They also broke my windshield wipers, my check engine light is one now... And they tore of my alarm claiming it was an off market alarm when I bought my car 0 miles off the lot.Fuck this place ... Idiots
