I had a oil change and tire rotation done. Was glad they told me I need filters change which I will be doing soon, they also told me what the horse shoe idiot light is for. Wow! A little expensive for 4 of them right now so maybe 1 or 2 at a time. Then service advisor Jim Brooks explained everything to me and was friendly.
I usually give 5 stars my past visits but this one I was disappointed. On the inspection video I watch technician said coolant low n will top off. I guess they for got to do it cause it's still on the low line when hot n when my car fully cooled down it was empty. Another thing when changing oil filter they didn't clean the excess oil around the oil filter now I have to go n buy coolant n do it my self n I cleaned the oil around the oil filter.
