Super kind staff. Easy to schedule appointments and such.
Happy with service. Only suggestion is to offer an Uber or Lyft if the Express service is two and a half hour wait and the shuttle is also going to be a wait. My daughter goes to Honda and I know they do this. Besides that happy with everything.
Checked in quickly at the express service - then went to have a seat for the estimated 1.5 hour oil change in provided lobby.
Jenna made the process easy and offered me the best options with her text communications.
As usual, great service. Everyone was efficient and punctual, good price, and transparent service explanation.
