To give you appointment time and date just to let it sit there for a week before being worked on is a very unique and unclient friendly system. Don't understand why they cant be just a little more accurate with their service.
Brought my unit in for a annual inspection. Was able to get in quick contact with the advisor. WAs happy with all repairs that were competed. Will definitely be using them again.
