Was in for 90 sealant and adjustment. All findings were addressed and care of.
Very disappointed took my rv in to have new counter top put in the bathroom and when I went to pick it up they put a screw from the bottom and left a dent in the top they are replacing it but now it will cost me another 75 dollars in gas to go drop it off again then another 75 dollars in gas to go pick it up when they are done so will cost me 150 dollars for there mistake. Not a happy camper
Service Dept is always great. The Staff (Shawn) is knowledgeable and always great to work with. The turn around is usually pretty, fast a week or less.
We received great service from Tacoma RV. Our trailer was repaired quickly and they communicated with us along the way.
Absolutely amazing job Shawn in service did. I have to admit every time I come here I meet someone who makes it always worth coming back. Thanks you again from sales to service. These are people I'd go camping with!
