They have always treated me with respect, whether my own money or the insurance company. Nick even took the time to show me some different things about my Cougar Phantom that I wasn't aware of - just wish they were closer to Bremerton
I recently had my toy haulers annual inspection. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Upon pick of my trailer my service advisor Anthony was excellent. He accompany me to my trailer and explained the work done. I then remembered an item that I had forgot to have locked at (awning strut) that Anthony said might be failing. He suggested just to keep an eye on it and have it done next visit. Excellent service from start to finish. A plus rating in my book.
