TPU has the most heartless individuals I’ve ever talked to in customer service and managers. Our bill is not even 10 days late and a minimal amount they always have trouble mailing to the correct address we never seem to get our bill , which I’ve notified them a bunch before I call today to inform them I will make my $130 payment after work and they can’t even allow 1 day grace they threatened to turn off today (again not even 10 days late) told them we are on a well and if power is off our water is off, we have newborn baby... read more
