Someone called them and said they were moving into our apartment, and they easily transferred all the bills to someone else. That is, anyone can call and transfer your apartment to themselves.
I owe a $1.56 to the light company and they wouldn't even cut my lights back on.so imagine on christmas Eve you and you family has no food to eat because the light company wouldn't trun your lights on for just a missing payment of $1.56.what kind of world do we live in where they let up family sleep in the cold for a dollar.Tacoma wa do better for you residents we don't deserve this Now me and my family has nothing to eat for the holidays thank you.
Somehow my bill jumped up 100 dollars within a month… with no changes in my use! I don't understand how they can justify charging that much. Tacoma Public Utilities is nothing but a money-hungry company that doesn't care about whether or not its consumers can afford power! Do better!!
Steve in their power shop was so great to work with. He listened, understood and persevered with what needed to happen in order to find our power surge problem. Great guy and employee. It is good to know there are still people like him out there. Robert
