No utility provider is perfect but as a former victim of Pacific Gas and Electric I feel compelled to give em the full five. Publicly owned renewable energy? So much YESSS. For whatever reason the electric company is chore to work with everywhere; be thankful this is the one you get to work with.
Edit: pole crew came and fixed the problem, once I triple asked the help desk lady Power company come and put in a new phone pole the next day a wire fell off of the phone pole and is dangling in my front yard and customer service said it isn't their responsibility to fix it
I have lived in a variety of states as well as King County. I am continually impressed with TPU’s responsiveness and quality of products and programs. Grateful to have TPU as a provider.
