Tacoma have always responded quickly to any emergency repair that we needed doing. Office staff go out of their way to provide help asap. All of the plumbers that we have had do good work. Highly recommend this company in Townsville. Stuart.

The worst contractors in the building industry. Do yourself a favour and dodge this terrible bunch of so called 'professional tradies'
Horrible customer experience. We had a drip from the toilet into the bowl. They left a mess, grease and caulk all over bathroom, did not seem to know our toilet bowl even though this company installed them, then charge us over $350 after they replaced everything in the toilet bowl when all we needed was a plastic gasket, not everything replaced. I will not be using them again.
