Terill the operator was disrespectful, laughed at my situation, and gave advice and opinions that were not needed. I only wanted to speak with an attorney but she hung up before I could get scheduled. Disappointed I was unable to receive any help
Good service for a price
My rating doesn't reflect the staff that I spoke with, which were fine. The quality of the attorney I got matched up with for a 30 minute conversation was atrocious. I would have felt much better giving my $40 to somebody randomly at a bus stop. The "attorney's" lack of empathy and common sense was astounding! I will not be using this service again and would not recommend it to anyone.
I called for help and the operator was rude and hang up the phone! I know that I was not going to generate money for them but still need it help. Lacking of people skills on Thursday 26th at 2:20 PM
