This was my first visit to this location. I was greeted by Lisa and explained to her what my visit was for. She went over the services that would be done to identify and confirm the problem. She also provided prices for each service as she listed them. This is important and a simple step that many don’t do. They just give you a large number at the end making you feel overwhelmed. very friendly and accomodating service representatives took my car at the very end of their shift and fixed it
