Their customer service is terrible.
If you've bought a Nissan expect your transmission to fail at around 100k with no affordable solution. So sad.
Always a pleasure coming here. The staff are friendly, the service has always been fast. This last time, my recall took 14 minutes-14 minutes!!! I love grabbing an espresso from the lobby and the bonus of a free car wash. Highly recommend Tacoma Nissan for all your service needs.
