We picked up my childhood dogs ashes today, once my mom came home with the box i was very happy about receiving paw and nose prints of my sweet boy and the urn box is very very nice and came in a nice velvet bag. We had a small hiccup about a cremation date certificate but they fixed it right away and was so apologetic and sent us a corrected certificate. They are great people and care about their work. I know that he was taken great care of throughout the whole process and respected as if it was their own pup. We used “the g... read more

From the initial phone call, everyone was respectful and helpful. I met with Ellen who was professional and sympathetic. Everything was taken care of quickly despite an abnormal family situation. Ellen explained everything to me and walked me through the paperwork. Angel in the front office was literally an Angel. I received the death certificate, accurate and no need for corrections. Finally, the price was something I could manage. As difficult as it was, they made it easy and bearable. I am thankful to have found them. Now... read more

Our Belgian Malinois passed recently and we utilized their services for cremation. They took nose and paw prints for us. I would have liked the fur clipping but we had mentioned originally that we had taken some fur so I believe there may have been confusion on if we wanted more. However, we received his ashes within about two weeks. I like the box it was placed into and the engraving. It's nice to have our boy back home.

We took our beloved pomeranian here to be cremated after her death. I am very happy with the care they provided. They collected noise prints and paw prints, and were timely, professional, and compassionate. They also offer additional services including clay paws and various urn options. Thank you very much for your care and attention to detail. We are very grateful.

I honestly wish I had never set foot in Tacoma Mausoleum. Dealing with them made an already horrible situation even worse. The building was filthy, smelled awful. The office was cluttered and they had paperwork scattered everywhere. I saw people's personal contact information just sitting out in the open. Nothing was clear. Getting straight answers felt like pulling teeth, and everyone gave off this cold, dismissive vibe like nobody wanted to be there What really did it for me was overhearing the funeral director Colin talki... read more
