ABOUT OUR MORTUARY Tacoma Mausoleum & Mortuary is a locally owned and operated full service funeral home specializing in offering families the greatest value for their dollars. Tacoma Mausoleum & Mortuary was incorporated in 1909 and our first wing was constructed in 1910. This year we are proud to be celebrating our 100th year of serving area families. We are proud of our success and we attribute this success to providing families the greatest peace-of-mind available anywhere, at a price they can afford.

Worst experience. Use them if you like incompetent unempathic people. Funeral Director was fine. It took them a month to get the ashes to me. I had to call twice to find out was going on. First time I was told that the urn hadn't arrived. Second time I called I finally found out the ashes were ready. Got there and the whole situation was worse. No empathy at all. Messed up payment 3 times. Threatened legal action after being told it would take time to have the $1,000 free After it has to switch hands again. Tami (I hope I spelled that wrong) is incompetent and lacks any sympathy or remorse for her actions. Avoid at all costs
I’m still attempting to process the fact that my sweet companion of 17 years has passed on. Yesterday, I went to pick up her ashes. Having made an appointment, I half-expected a more personal experience. However, I arrived to find one woman scrambling around this small room with small sprinkles of paper and a box in the middle of the floor. She look hurried and flustered.
