I worked here for a few months and saw everything from the inside. Unfortunately, the owners are the ones destroying this place. Employees are constantly hired and then quickly fired. While my experience with the clients and the families who came in was amazing, the management was the complete opposite. I was fired for an unreasonable reason and then disrespected even after termination, including being fought on unemployment. Yesterday we picked up our beloved Frankie. It was a very emotional day for us when we came into the lobby. a group of ladies were having a meeting in the office. One of the ladies greeted us really nicely. One of the ladies went and got our urn of our loved one. The two ladies that were in the office had no compassion or common sense to stop what they were doing. People were nice but they did forget to take fur clipping from my pet which I did pay for. After getting the original receipt to prove I did order that service they did give me a refund on it but would be preferred the clippings
My mother passed unexpectedly leaving my little sister alone in Washington. I had to travel from Florida to assist my sister and lay her ashes to rest on a very limited emergency leave from work. This place is beautiful inside and the staff were very accommodating and made everything possible. I could never thank the staff enough. 🙏🫶
