Grag at Tacoma marine repair took the time at this busy time of year to help me over the phone, I had a stuck throttle cable and at this time of year it would be two + weeks to get it in any place to get it fixed. He had the part in stock and told me how to do it myself I fixed it in one day and it works great. However do to back surgery my boat had sit for two years and I also had a steering cable that was so bad I couldn't hardly turn it and again he had the parts and told me how to fix it.
