Great clean office , freindly staff José and Hailey were a big help in getting me the information needed along with addiitnial resources. This housing authority is deffeninatly better then the one back home in califonia.
Jose was persistent and communicated to handle my move with ease. It feels good to have a professional that also has a winning personality to work with on my behalf.
Way better than the horrible Pierce County Housing Authority and their lothesome, horrid case worker Amy Miner. She is a deplorable woman and PCHA refused to give us another case worker. She'll smile at you while kicking you out of your house because they sold the whole block of section 8 housing. Truly deplorable people.
Update 8/8/25 5 ***** I'm thankful and happy to report the workers now currently go above and beyond to help get through the process. Ernesta was great at communicating and explaining everything. All the workers at front desk were friendly and helpful too. Families need that going through this process whether new to THA, for yearly recertification or relocation.
