Update 8/8/25 5 ***** I'm thankful and happy to report the workers now currently go above and beyond to help get through the process. Ernesta was great at communicating and explaining everything. All the workers at front desk were friendly and helpful too. Families need that going through this process whether new to THA, for yearly recertification or relocation. I was helping my grandma with her recertification, and her caseworker, Chantel, was awesome! She was very responsive, made sure to follow up, always listened, and went out of her way to help!

I was blackmailed by my last landlord know I’m being evicted again because someone can’t keep their records straight I updated my information on the website I have a daughter with autism and ADHD I can’t afford to lose my new apartment I’m getting ready to go through 2 major surgeries and waiting list for shelters take forever
I feel that just to keep this organization honest every client should have a client id# and every client should have the ability to check the progress of the waiting list and where they are on the waiting list.
