Sales are arrogant and extremely rude. They sounds like I have to buy their truck and try to be my boss.
Worked with over multiple years buying multiple vehicles, and plan to continue doing so as our company expands. We did have a few hiccups with mis-communication but in the end the sales team was ready to take ownership of some mistakes and totally willing to make it right when needed which is one of the most important things to me in good working relationships since everyone messes up sometimes and no-one is flawless!
