After a few phone calls to the service department today, Saturday, I received a return phone call from Dave. I told him what happened with my jeep. He told me I could bring it in today (Saturday), which I was pleasantly surprised. I thought I'd have to wait until Monday. Anyway, he checked it out for me and found that everything was fine. I took my Alfa Romeo to the Tacoma Dodge Service Department for some warranty rust issues on the trunk lid, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Brandon Gordon. The rust problem was fixed perfectly, and Brandon ensured Alfa Romeo covered it. Cheers to Brandon!
They overinflated my service contract claim, I very specifically asked Caresa to avoid doing this, I needed ONE ball joint and strut bar replaced and they requested ALL FOUR, plus upper and lower control arms. They approved the control arms but not the torn and damaged ball joint and I ended up paying over $500 for parts I didn't need and left without my ball joint getting replaced.
