The transmission in my 2016 durango was going out in January 2025 so I brought it to them and told them specifically what was wrong. They blamed the break pins and didnt even look at anything else. After having to pay the diagnostic fee, I told them to leave the file open because I know for sure I would be back. Fast forward to around Halloween 2025, the transmission completely went out and the car got stuck in 5th. I took it back to the shop, they agreed to swap the transmission. Brandon in the service department did an excellent job handling my trucks warranty claim and subsequent repairs. It was a major repair, took a lot of documentation and evidence to get it all approved, and he kept me informed through the process.
I’ve been taking my 07 grand Jeep Cherokee here since 2019 and service dept & express oil change dept have always been so amazing! There has even been a few times I just stopped by without an appointment with a concern and they are always so great and accommodating especially to a single woman who probably sounds pretty ridiculous to the technicians with my questions! Thank You Tacoma Dodge!
After a few phone calls to the service department today, Saturday, I received a return phone call from Dave. I told him what happened with my jeep. He told me I could bring it in today (Saturday), which I was pleasantly surprised. I thought I'd have to wait until Monday. Anyway, he checked it out for me and found that everything was fine.
