Horrible service department. Terrible staff. The communication is abysmal and I caught them in a few lies. Do not go here, go to Enumclaw or Puyallup
Came with a big problem from a recall that caused other damage. Manufacturer wasn't helpful, but the service department was very helpful! They went above and beyond to work with me and get the estimate down to a much better price for repairs. Great communication, empathetic and explained what was going on at each stage. Big thanks to Caresa and all that made this work out and got my truck back to me.
I highly recommend Tacoma Dodge Service. Brandon was a pleasure to work with and was highly knowledgeable on repairs needed for our Durango. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
The transmission in my 2016 durango was going out in January 2025 so I brought it to them and told them specifically what was wrong. They blamed the break pins and didnt even look at anything else. After having to pay the diagnostic fee, I told them to leave the file open because I know for sure I would be back. Fast forward to around Halloween 2025, the transmission completely went out and the car got stuck in 5th. I took it back to the shop, they agreed to swap the transmission. Brandon in the service department did an excellent job handling my trucks warranty claim and subsequent repairs. It was a major repair, took a lot of documentation and evidence to get it all approved, and he kept me informed through the process.
