Great experience here at Tacoma dodge. Went In looking at a Laramie and they made it happen. It took a few days and some communication back and forth but at the end of the day they pulled through. From alex our sales rep all the way up to finance we were treated fairly and with respect and that’s all anyone can hope for at a dealership.
We’ve been taking our Promaster here for the last few months to fix random issues that have come up here and there, and this shop is great! Andrew has guided our service experience each time with the utmost professionalism, friendliness, and respect. He has brought out technicians to speak to me directly about an issue they found or for me to explain what problem I’d like to get resolved. Highly recommend the superlative customer service, provided by Tammy K, service department, and very convenient oil change experience. I am traveling in a Dodge Promaster, and very much appreciated being able to have two cats, remain in vehicle with airconditioner on. Another wonderful interaction, was with young "shadow intern" mechanic trainee (curly brown hair), who was charming. If I lived in Tacoma, this would be my crevice center! Thanks Tammy!
Referral check sent had insufficient funds, call to tacoma dodge to solve the issue and was greeted unprofessionally by the receptionist who then denied my request on how to make a complaint.... Is this how Tacoma Dodge treat ppl who send business their way
