Kyle is the only reason we’re writing a review for this dealership, because, quite frankly, the Ram Promaster has too many problems. Collectively, we purchased 4 Ram Promasters. The first one was towed in twice to the dealership before 7000 miles was reached. {no codes- after 1.5 months, bad ECM} The second one, they rebuilt the transmission at Larson Dodge around 18,000 miles {again no codes} The third promaster just had a $9000 transmission replaced at 76,000 miles and that brand new transmission, not even 1000 miles later... read more
It was a great buying experience but that’s all they care about. I dropped off my 2025 Ram 1500 limited for service. When I picked it up there was clear damage from someone trying break in my truck while they had. Told me to get an estimate and they’d take care of it. Now they backtracked after looking at the estimate. Told me to go through my insurance and they will pay the deductible. This place is or loyal to their customers after you buy the car. Stay away!!!
I just called in there for my wife.The lady that answered the phone.She wouldn't give me her name and she was the most rudest customer service person i've ever met.She's awful she should be fired the finance manager is awful. My wife has been dealing with a month and a 1. Nobody will call her back. Nobody will give you any update or anything. The GM is ridiculous.
