Tacoma Dodge did not want to work with my boyfriend or I. They did not try to make a sale. In fact told my boyfriend to go to another dealership who had liked his truck and see if he could find something with them that he liked. I feel that my time was wasted. This is the second time I have brought my truck to them and they had no interest in trying to make sale. The last salesman who I spoke with at that dealership even made fun of my height while looking at trucks. I will not be returning.
First time customer. Great overall experience. Stopped by for a recall. Showed up early, left early. Appreciate the quick turnaround. Complimentary coffee water and snacks available while you wait. Friendly service advisor! Drove over an hour to this location. Worth the drive!
