Very friendly and very easy to talk to the lady (Rachel) yesterday a pleasant day
I paid a large amount of money for implants and when I got put to sleep to get the surgery done I almost lost my life, so they had to reschedule. When I read how dangerous it is to get metal screws in your mouth also how long and painful the process is I requested a refund. They kept trying to talk me out of the refund and their attitude towards me changed. It has been 4 months and they are still processing my refund.
Went in for a free exam and consultation with the goal of full implants. They were very caring and made me feel extremely comfortable walking me through my options. Was approved for the procedure and financing. Now working through next steps ahead of surgery. I am very grateful for the team that works here and excited to finally fix something that has been an issue for me nearly half my life. Edit: Surgery complete! Now on the road to recovery.
