From my very first phone call, I was specific about what I was looking for. Linsey at the front desk assured me this clinic could help, went into detail, and based on that, I booked a free consultation. The staff was gracious and accommodating, and I do appreciate that. But once my scans were done and I met with Sophia, I found out this clinic does not offer a traditional lower denture at all — only a snap-in lower denture. I was greeted with friendly staff, dealt with in a very professional yet friendly way. I appreciated that I was told each step and what was happening and what to expect. I will recommend this office to anyone!!

My husband received his dentures frim here. We spent Over $4K. They do not fit properly and every appointment has been delayed. He had an appointment at 8:30am today, we waited in the parking lot until 9:05am and the office still was not open. Now we have to find some place to either get them modified or start over. Very disappointed after having spent so much for bad service.
