I arrived for my SCHEDULED appointment only be told that the acupuncturist I booked doesn’t even start until NEXT week! I booked through their website, rearranged MY schedule so I could be there and the appointment was NOT honored. I am in severe pain and I have never experienced anything like this. Here’s a tip: acupuncture only works when there is an acupuncturist at your scheduled appointment time. VERY POOR customer service!
